Correcting Links That Do Not Work
The four most important reasons that links do not work are:
1. The link is not correctly spelled.
2. Nothing is placed between the two parts of an a tag.
www.apple.com which you may find interesting.
3. You forgot to include http:// in the address. It must be included.
4. Sometimes Google does not like a / after the address. Try removing it.

All About ALEX
ALEX stands for Alabama Learning Exchange. It is very helpful for any and all educators, because it has the state requirements for each grade and subject. As a teacher you can go and get sample lesson plans that you can use and will be very helpful. There is also a link to search several websites for education subjects. Also, there is a link for teachers to set up a personal workspace where you can store the important things that you will use over and over. There is also a link to go to professional learning, which will give you access to education websites, professional development opportunities, teaching and learning tools, latest news about education, and best practices used. Distance learning is a site where you can get all kinds of valuable information on e-learning, AP classes, electives, and other resources to maximize a students learning potential. Lastly there is a help section to assist you with any ALEX questions and concerns.
As a future teach, I know that the ALEX website will be a great tool for myself and for the students. It is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. I look forward to familiarizing myself with ALEX as I continue with my career in teaching.
